What can I expect when purchasing a custom print?

  • This is our chance to chat and see if we’re the right fit! We’ll go over all the details; your inspiration, design style, imagery, printing specs and your target market.

  • Following our call, I will send a proposal outlining the project deliverables and an invoice for a 50% upfront deposit. Once the deposit is received, we’re ready to start!

  • I’ll begin by creating the motifs and artwork based on your brief, keeping you in the loop along the way. Once you’re happy with the artwork, I’ll piece everything together - whether it’s a seamless repeat, engineered print, or border design.

  • Once the design is complete, I will send the final invoice for the remaining balance.

    Upon receiving the final payment, the digital files will be sent to you. Depending on the agreed design style, these will include a high-resolution 300dpi, layered PSD and a flattened TIFF.

Like custom designs, these prints are exclusive to you and cannot be sold to anyone else. Once the design has been purchased it will be removed from the site and you will have access to download your new print once approved.
